No AI. No generic routines.

Your baby's nights,
not a nap
schedule.

Littles never tells you when your baby should sleep. It records when they did, and lays the week out clearly enough that the pattern shows itself.

Your Baby's Own Numbers

How much sleep does your baby actually need?

Not what a chart says a baby of that age needs. What yours needs.

Track every sleep for seven days, naps and nights both. Once the week is complete, Littles works out your baby's own 24 hour sleep needs and shows them on the sleep analysis screen. It comes from your baby's days and nothing else.

Other apps hand you generic wake windows generated from thousands of other babies, then notify you when yours falls outside them. Littles does not do that, because a number pulled from the middle of a very wide spread cannot tell you anything useful about your child.

Where They Slept

Because a cot nap and a car nap aren't the same thing.

Log the environment alongside the sleep and the schedule plot colours it in. Over a fortnight you can see plainly whether the contact naps are the long ones, or whether the motion naps are quietly eating into bedtime.

Total sleep for the day sits at the top, and you can scroll back through as many days as you like. No score, no traffic lights, no judgement about whether it was a good day.

Lock Screen Widget

A glance tells you how long they've been down.

Start a sleep timer and it sits on your lock screen counting up, so you can check without opening anything.

Stop the timer from there as well, which is the part that matters when you are holding a baby who has just woken up.

Night Mode

A screen that doesn't wake anybody up.

The whole app goes dark, so there's no white glare at 2:47am and no lighting up the room while you start a timer with one thumb.

If you're co-sleeping, the phone sits inches from your baby's face and a bright screen is the fastest way to end a feed that was going well.

It matters for you too. Bright light in the middle of the night makes it harder to drop back off once you're done.
